Timmy LINNÉ

Timmy brings over a decade of experience as a strategic advisor and operator. He has spent most of his career at McKinsey where he was a part of the global leadership team in Engineering, Construction and Building materials. He advised both corporates and private equity clients on M&A, Growth strategy, Full potential, and Operating model optimization and re-design. Most recently, he led the Swedish real estate financing company Bosam.

Timmy’s expertise lies in Construction & Real Estate, Consumer goods, Professional services, and Sustainability.

Richard Sunnegårdh

Richard has spent his entire career advising private equity clients and corporates. He started his career at McKinsey, where he mainly worked with M&A (buy-side and sell-side) and corporate strategy. After receiving his MBA from Harvard Business School, Richard continued to independently advise private equity funds and hedge funds in M&A combined with investing in small- and medium-sized Swedish companies.

Richard is focused on supporting clients within Professional services, Industrials, and Technology.

Isak Rohlin

Isak has spent his career as a strategy advisor and an operator, with a focus on the technology sector. He started his career at McKinsey, working with M&A and corporate strategy, after which he joined Spotify to lead a strategy function. Most recently, he spent time as an operator at Swedish real estate financing company Bosam, leading commercial operations.

Bo Kaunitz

Bo brings more than three decades of experience as an advisor, most recently as a Senior Partner at Kearney and Oliver Wyman. He has spearheaded global M&A projects, corporate strategy initiatives, and large-scale performance improvement programs. Bo has worked across professional services, manufacturing, automotive, pharmaceuticals, retail, logistics, financial services, and other industries.

Agneta Jacobsson

Agneta has spent more than 40 years in the real estate industry. She currently advises real estate clients as a founding partner at Outpoint. Prior to that, she was Head of Sweden and Nordic at Cushman & Wakefield for a few years and CEO of DTZ Sweden for more than 10 years. She has led numerous real estate transactions and is also experienced in strategy and business planning in the sector.

Timo Glave

Timo has dedicated his career to the shipping, logistics, and transportation sectors and holds nearly two decades of experience; advising some of the world’s largest companies on a wide range of topics. Timo has held senior leadership roles at the most prominent consulting firms, including partner positions at both McKinsey and BCG, bringing deep industry knowledge and strategic insight to his advisory work.
