About Axel Rydbeck
Axel has built his career as a versatile strategic advisor, bringing a broad perspective to private equity and corporate clients in Sweden and Finland. He began his career in law at Roschier Attorneys, advising clients on dispute resolution, transaction risks, and regulatory matters. After completing his MBA at INSEAD, he transitioned into management consulting at Bain & Company, where he has focused on M&A and post-acquisition value creation projects as part of Bain’s Nordic Private Equity Group leadership.
